Jimmy Johnston is an Operating Advisor to Liberty Hall and has over 45 years of experience in various senior human resource management positions globally. In 2010, Mr. Johnston was appointed the Chief People Officer for Primus International, which was later acquired by Precision Castparts, and remained in this position until his retirement in June 2013. During his career, Mr. Johnston has served as the Director of Human Resources for GKN Aerospace and as Senior VP of Human Resources of Boeing’s Machining & Composite business. Mr. Johnston attended business school in Scotland and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel Development.
