Jeff Yaker is an Operating Advisor to Liberty Hall and has over 40 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Before his retirement from Firth Rixson in January 2015, he served as Group Vice President of Sales and Purchasing, a position he held beginning in 2004. During his tenure, Firth Rixson’s revenues grew from approximately $500 million to over $1 billion. Mr. Yaker has also held positions with the Goodrich Corporation, where he was President of Turbomachinery Products and President of Aircraft Seating and Propulsion Systems, and with GE Aircraft Engines, where he was a manager. A retired Captain in the United States Air Force, Mr. Yaker served as Program Manager for the Air Force Engineering Development Program and as a Metallurgical Engineer. Mr. Yaker received a Bachelor of Metallurgical Engineering and a Master of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
